West Third Street Center

This center has occupied the former Saint Paul Catholic Elementary School, located in the Hilltop area of Wilmington’s west side since September 2012. 

              The center has 5 classrooms and a capacity for 98 children. Bilingual staff is available and bus service is provided.

       Wilmington Head Start participates in the Delaware Stars rating program. The West Third Street Center maintains a Star Level 4 rating.
